Announcing Our Pursuit of B Corps Certification

Sapience Leadership will pursue B Corps certification, using B Labs qualifications to guide the development of our company. This third party certification will give our clients the assurance that we live our values focusing on developing leaders so they can have a deeper impact on the communities they serve, and that we seek to work interdependently with other like minded organizations around the world. Working toward the beliefs in the The B Corps Declaration of Interdependence will ensure that everyone working with us, and for us, will know that we believe:

That we must be the change we seek in the world.

That all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered.

That, through their products, practices, and profits, businesses should aspire to do no harm and benefit all.

To do so requires that we act with the understanding that we are each dependent upon another and thus responsible for each other and future generations.
